NORMAN, Okla. - It appears former Georgia defensive coordinator Willie Martinez has finally found a new job.
After reports this weekend said that Martinez was heading to Stanford, reports now are that he's heading to Oklahoma.
Rivals.com is reporting that Martinez had a change of heart this weekend and will now join coach Bob Stoops and Sooners as an assistant.
UGA coach Mark Richt fired Martinez back on December 2nd.
Martinez spent nine seasons at Georgia as defensive backs coach and five years as defensive coordinator.
