ATHENS - Georgia coach Mark Richt has hired Warren Belin from Vanderbilt to coach the Bulldogs' linebackers. Belin was linebackers coach and recruiting coordinator at Vanderbilt. He just completed his eighth season at the school. Belin was interviewed by Richt and new defensive coordinator Todd Grantham.
Richt says Belin has coached ``some of the best linebackers and tacklers in the league for years.''
Belin, from Marshville, N.C., previously coached at Southern Methodist for five years.
